Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Customers in the EU are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At Kifra Dublin, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Because our products are cosmetic and laundry fragrances, for hygiene and safety reasons we do NOT accept returns for opened or used products.
We accept returns only if:
β’ The product arrived damaged
β’ The wrong product was delivered
β’ The product is unopened and in its original packaging
Return request period: 14 days from the delivery date.
Return process:
1. Contact us via email with your order number and photos (if the product is damaged).
2. We will confirm if the return is approved.
3. Return the product to the address provided.
4. Refunds are processed within 3β5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
