Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in one of the following ways:
- Online: Log in to your account at account.kifraireland.com and submit a return request directly.
- By email: Contact us at info@kifraireland.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
- Using the model withdrawal form below.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
